Night examined the male that stood with such a threatening stance. To her it meant nothing, there was no such thing as fear in her mind. Her body knew the feeling, but to her brain it was just a spread of feeling in her body that made her something other then numb. The raven girl was insensitive to whatever he was trying to persuade upon her now.

Cerulean eyes didn’t convey anything as they stared blankly at him. She remembered leaving this pack in a frenzy of war, her question had stayed unanswered. Why had they deserved to die? Now she could comprehend the selhishness of Dahlias’ leader and his extreme eyes. His blue was nothing like her own, his wild with something malicious and uncontrollable while hers lacked emotions more often then not.

Night Thames was no longer a puppy, her large paws consumed the ground beneath her and large body took up a significant amount of space. It wasn’t her size that gave her resolve to stand so still and silent, it was ignorance. Night wasn’t stupid, she knew more then she should at her young age, but nature had been cruel leaving her without the ability to feel her mistakes.

She still had no idea of pain, didn’t understand why her prey screamed when it died. The red that leaked out of her coat so often was a mystery to her. The world had yet to shed light on so many things for the confused girl. His voice led her out of her mind and into the present again.

His words become more fired and angry leaving the cobalt girl with only a stoic expression. Bemused by his anger she finally replied in her same monotone voice. ”To see the outcome.” It lacked any conviction, and maybe a sort of lie. She had come to chase that feeling of warmth this pack had given her. ”of the war.”
