Hands to build a house; Hearts to build a home

It was a bit exciting. A smile even needed to be stifled as he laced the leather of the harness through the old buckle. He worked slowly, carefully as he fitted Stark into it. The dark material stood out against his pale lightly dappled coat, and his dark eyes looked out into the thoughtful world in which the stallion lived, a world that was hard to wake him from. Though, he moved the moment Heath wished him to and that was all he could ask from him today. It would be hard work, and the horse would be pushed harder then the normal ride that he was used to. I’m sure they will. Heath spoke, his deep tone sounding over optimistic.

They walked to the foundation, shoulder to shoulder until they came to the hill. He was happy to be able to help her, and happy for the change in work. At time his small schedule got a bit mundane, his chores always the same. This was a challenge, beyond his normal expertise and made him wonder how good he would be at the art of house building. Though, Anann seemed a bit more nervous then he was. Her grin was unlike her, a cover-up for something the fluttered in her stomach. She gave the call, and he gave a nod and waited in silence. Stark lifted his head at the sound of her howl, stepping to the side slightly and sounding the clinking links of the harness.
