Hands to build a house; Hearts to build a home

i made it!

It was easy for the male to linger in the background and remain quiet. If he knew what it was that he needed to do then Heath was perfectly fine with simply getting the job done. Large hands worked the rope around the log, securing it tightly so that it wouldn’t slip once the horses started pulling. He knotted it, looping the rope so that it would be able to become untied once it was in the right position by the foundation. He looked over as his name was called, and gave the female that he had yet to truly meet a small smile. The rest were gathering axes and readying for the splitting of logs, it seemed like the logical place for the female would be with him and the horses.

Once they were ready, the coy-wolf took the leads and looked first at Stark and then at Rem to check once more that their straps and harnesses were correct. With a clicking encouragement of his tongue he urged them forward. Rem moved first, seemingly eager to begin while the pale horse remained a step behind. Heath pulled lightly, and spoke his name in hopes of bringing him to the right speed. It wasn’t a long or hard haul, and they made it smoothly to the log cabins foundation.
