Liliana could see him stare at her and she frowned she’s seen tavern guys stare at her like that before her mother rushed her out of the place. She’d been warned against these stares and right now, with the time of night and how tired she really was and her aching muscles from carrying the feed all day… she was in no mood for such a thing, and as his words spilled out of his mouth she rolled her eyes. She was well aware that most wolves thought of her as an ugly mutt, so what he said to her did displease her in a way.
