Now with Kaena present, Silas ventured back to the sitting room where had had left Spyridon to wait. The other Russian male sat waiting in one of the armchairs and Silas had to wonder whether or not he was nervous of what was to come. Kaena seemed to give the stranger a one over with the single golden eye, before her focus came to rest on Silas. "Zhis here ess Spyridon Russo, a cousin of mine own family eet seems. He seeks permission to stay here een Inferni." The rest of the information about Spyridon would be left for Kaena to discover with questioning, for Silas had not taken the opportunity to learn more from the older Russian male. It was a leader’s place, and not his own, Silas thought, to question the outsider for what skills they possessed to make them adequate additions to the clan. After all, Silas was only ranked as Praeses and didn’t hold much influence in the clan’s hierarchy.
The young Russian stepped around the room, nodding his head at Spy as he passed, to retake his place in the armchair. He settled onto the damp floral print while icy gaze traveled from Spyridon to Kaena. It was all just a matter of waiting now, and if Spy was lucky to be accepted, Silas would make sure to question the male further, curious to know more about their apparent relations.
