The situation was deteriorating quickly. The Inferni wolf was clearly bent on causing trouble and wouldn't be diverted by any verbal means. She was a little far from home to be making any such threats. Crimson Dreams, their home, was close at hand, while Inferni was miles upon miles away. There would be no help coming for her if she pursued this. Plus, she really had no idea what she was getting herself into. There was a pitch darkness stirring inside the Marino woman, something that she had come to know well. The monster that lived in her had been hidden for a long time now, laying dormant, but now the situation was ripe for it to make an appearance. The ground around them had become scattered with matched and it would only take a single spark to start and raging fire. The dark female walked closer to them and her lips curled, ivory fangs flashing in the sunlight.

The threat was uttered and Savina's tail curled over her back, ears plastering back against her head. Her muscles became a tense coil, ready to spring. The Italian was getting lost, the monster spreading out, getting close to taking control. Then, as Kansas placed a limb in front of her and barked again at the stranger she slightly came back to herself, snarl lessening for a moment. Her emeralds flashed a look at her mate. Kansas wasn't a fighter, she had always known this, but seeing him take the initiative and ready to defend her...it touched her deeply.

His growl brought her quickly back to the dangerous situation at hand though. Her eyes hardened, and returned to the scarred femme before them. The two Dreaming wolves' bodies and faces created a warning. If she didn't leave, if she kept going, things were going to turn very ugly.
