Here you go Saluce <3. WC: 863 {7 points}

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

It had been only a week since the dreadful bear attack at Grandfather's Tears. She remembered back to that horrid day. Everything was suppose to be good, nothing was supposed to go wrong. She could remembering staring deep into the beast's angry eyes as it emerged from it's hiding place. It was not happy to have Layla near its home. She remembered all the pain the bear had caused her, not only to herself, but also to her loving mate Saluce. Thank goodness he was home when she returned, she really need his gently touch and voice to comfort her in her time of need. The mistress remembered the mixed look of pain and anger in his eyes. For the first time she felt like the behemoth was not himself. She would have to think of some way to get his mind off the attack and make things back to the way they were. Luckly, Layla had an idea of what she could do. It was getting close to the evening and the moon would soon light up the sky. She had the whole evening planned. She was going to take Saluce out to Aza'zel Peak for the night. She was going to do a campfire dinner, but cook the food at home before heading out with her love. She also had a special gift to give to Saluce. Much like the key neclace she wore (it had a little gear on it), she found a machine like object that would be perfect for a necklace. She tied it to a string and hid the necklace in her satchel.

As a last minute decision, she changed her idea and figured it was better to cook once they were at the cliffs. Figuring that Saluce was closing up his shop and would return home soon, she began to pack her satchel. Seeing as no one was home she felt comfortable just wearing her new skirt while walking around. Layla was known for being topless around home, seeing as most of her tops were red and she didn't want to give Saluce the idea that she was drenched in blood. Her tail hung as down as she entered the kitchen. There were only a few things that she needed to get from here. While Saluce was out at his shop, she went out to hunt for the night's meal. Tonight was a good night to treat herself to some rabbit. Carefully the mistress cleaned the meat and cut it into nicely even filets. Once she packed them into a bag and placed them in her satchel, it was time to get all the things needed for the night. While still in the kitchen, she grabbed a plate for the meat, some matches to start the fire, and the spices for the meat. Once those were packed, she moved outsit and collected some wood for the fire. The mistress would have to ask Saluce to carry the wood seeing as it was kind of heavy. After carrying the wood and placing it near the font door, she grabbed her satchel. Everything inside was ready. It was now time for the mistress to tend to her injury.

Layla abandoned her belongings and moved to her herb room. She was thankful to Saluce for letting her have the back room to keep all her herbs and practice her arts in healing. Now was a great time, she was injured. Moving from the door over to her collection, she grabbed some of the aloe ointment that she made and opened it. The mistress carefully took some and looked to her side. While the wounds may have healed, the scars were still there. As she rubbed the aloe on, she wished the scars would go away. According to the book, aloe was supposed to help with scars but it looks like these ones were here to stay. Taking the bandages from the shelf, she wrapped it around her waist and sighed. She knew the scars were not going to leave but she didn't want Saluce to have to see them. It was too bad she couldn't cover the two on her muzzle. Layla stumbled out of the room and slowly shut the door. The woman slowly made her way to the bedroom to grab a shirt to go with her top. She grabbed the black tank top she found with the skirt to wear on the special night. Remembering she had a blanket at her old home, she had stopped there earlier to grab it. It was an olive green blanket, perfect for the couple to snuggle close in. The mistress made her way back downstairs to gather her things and leave the house. She figured it would be nice to meet up with him at his shop or at least half way in between. Layla grabbed the satchel and held it carefully on her shoulder. She then bent down and grabbed the pile of wood. It wasn't too heavy and she figured she could make it to the behemoth's shop carrying them. With all her things, she left her home and went to meet up with her beloved mate.
