Izaak had gotten to Inferni not long before Sascha had made it. He had taken up residence in Cotl's room. The bed was sorts crowded with three bodies in it at night. The boy hadn't considered claiming his own room though. For all intents and purposes he saw this room as his room. There were so many interesting little trinkets in here. Something to always keep his attention. Perhaps once his attention faltered he would search for his own room. Right now he was still pretty much a child. His condition left this mind on the innocent side of things and didn't allow him to mature properly. He didn't experience the negative aspects of life as everyone else did. All of the abuse he just marked as something that everyone went through. He didn't know any better. He figured everyone suffered that way when their mom was upset and so he hadn't withdrawn into a shell because he didn't know things could be different. But that wasn't to say that it didn't affect him. Firm tones had him acting meekly and speaking in German only. And if that didn't work then he knew how to run. It was what he did when his mom was mad. He was one of the quicker ones so he had never suffered that badly. Not like his brother/cousin, Sascha, did.

Izaak had gotten up not long ago and found something else of Cotl's to get into. Even though his Unky Cotl had tried to hide his sketch pad Izaak and still managed to find it. But rather than being destructive he was actually sitting peacefully in a chair and flipping through the pages. But hearing the door knob turn he quickly hid the book behind his back and stared at the door. He smiled and relaxed when he say that it was only Sascha. He had thought his Unky Cotl was getting back early. Feeling at ease around the other boy he placed the pad on his lap again and flipped through the pages once again. The coyote child was actually in a pretty good mood. He'd had a couple of black outs since he had been here but it didn't seem as if one was to come on anytime soon. He hadn't found anything to become possessive or jealous over so far.

Feeling the other's eyes on him he laid the sketch book to the side and moved to go sit on Sascha. He wasn't too surprised to see him, not when his Unky Cotl had mentioned him being here. Izaak made to curl his arms around Sascha's neck should he had been allowed to sit on the other's lap. He still had Sascha's tail tied to his own. Actually he could be found wearing it all of the time. Despite how it was obtained, not that Izaak knew the details of that, it was his favorite possession. He still firmly believed that Sascha had given it to him because he had liked it and that Sascha loved him. Nothing was spoken as he tried to nuzzle his face into the other boy's chest. With Sascha's condition they had never really needed words to communicate. With the girls always spending their time together Izaak had taken to focusing on his younger brother. Had helped him learn to write since he couldn't talk any longer. And during those times together, plus other intimate moments suggested on by their mother, they had developed their own silent language. Looks and touches spoke more than words ever could.
