The day had been pleasant, but sometimes things happened and the usual tranquillity in Dahlia de Mai was corrupted and invaded by an unwanted guest. The golden male could not say if it was the noise or the blood that came to him first, but suddenly his face swung harshly to peer directly forward as ears stood attention on top of his Autumn hued skull. He was deaf to Gideon’s sentence that had yet to fade from the scene. The boy was growing up and so Conor had found himself getting closer to the maturing youth. He was no longer playing the sole role of a fatherly figure, and it seemed to the Soul male that the two were slowly moving towards a close, stable friendship between equals.

Now everything seemed to be forgotten, and the optime kicked off and raced in the direction of his pack member and that unknown loner’s scent. The moment he saw the chaotic scene, he tossed his slim, cream painted muzzle up towards the sky to call out for Dahlia de Mai’s members. It demanded attention, for a Dahlian's blood had been spilled inside the pack’s borders, and that was something unforgivable. While he normally was a peaceful soul with a soft core, there was nothing soft or friendly in the golden Alpha now. Two secuis danced with red muzzles and snapping jaws, but an optime’s form was not useless, especially not if it knew martial arts. While Conor had a relatively even mix of agility and strength, you did not need much of either in order to defend and attack well if you knew combat. It was not the first time he had fought a battle, and the loner had already a death sentence hanging over him.

Moving up and towards the opposite side of the unknown male so that his attention would be forced to be torn between himself and Saluce, Conor delivered a swift knee kick in the direction of the secui’s bulky form, muscular arms lifted and ready to block off dangerous jaws and sharp claws should they abandon their current target and set on him. Gideon was probably somewhere as well, but the Alpha's full attention was on his opponent, the intruder that dared to defy pack borders and attack one of Dahlia's own members. Unforgivable, and his father's rage burned within his chest. It felt good.
