She nuzzled her face into his scruff. Another tingle shot through his body, and he shuddered involuntarily. Pups. It was almost too all too real to think about. Imagining pups with Ember made his tail wag. It plopped on the green grass happily.

The world around them was shrouded in darkness. If he hadn’t had natural night vision he wouldn’t be able to see at all. He inhaled deeply, and a fresh scent of grass reached his nostrils. He snorted. He wanted to smell meat not grass. Moonfyre rested his head on her furry, black shoulder.

I would love to have little Moonfyres running around.
