Down once more to the dungeon of my black despair

After having Ghita get angry with him for following her round a few days ago the Knight had decided to stick to what he did best: patrolling the boarders. It was always peaceful to walk through the forest covered edge. No one around but yourself and the little critters no one but pups bothered to go after. Naturally Jazper was happily content to wander around the territories edge at a slow and easy pace. Normally he would stomp around the boarders quickly a few times in the morning, afternoon, and evening but today he was feeling slightly lazy.

The pups were due any day now so leaving the territory was simply out of the question for the next month or so. The warrior was just beaming with excitement about his and Ghita's soon to be arrivals. This time they knew what they were doing, this time those pups were not an accident. He adored Sophia and Aro and loved them both with all his heart but he wished that they had been conceived properly. Now, Ghita and himself had proven their love was not fake to the world and Jazper couldn't be happier. He hopped for more boys to carry on the family name but he could use another baby girl. Girls were much less of a hassle to raise.

A new scent entered his lungs. Well not quite new but he could hardly remember the last time he had smelt that particular smell. His ears perked up and he moved forward towards the end of the forest and where the lake came into sight. Peaking his bear like halfling body out of the forest line he sniffed again. Certainly this wasn't the Noah he had grown up with. His little brother had been black with blue eyes, this wolf was missing part of an ear and was more silver than anything. He looked more like Lucifer's father Noah then his brother. Still, he finally walked out of the woods completely exposing himself with a quiet, “Hello?”
