[/html]Skye didn't want Malachi to feel as though she was trespassing. I mean, even if she thinks herself a wolf, she thought, she is still a bear! And our friend, she added in her head. Even if Malachi really was a wolf, of course she would be able to visit Cercatori d'Arte! And Shawchert voiced her thoughts as well, and Skye nodded and smiled. She hoped their combined efforts would be able to emend Malachi's feelings - and it seemed they did. She lifted her head and smiled, and Skye grinned back.
At Shawchert's question, Skye nodded. What did bring Malachi here? Last time she'd seen her, they were at Arachnea's Revenge by the lake. That was on the other side of Dahlia de Mai - an entire pack! Had Malachi traveled from Dahlia de Mai to here in this short a time?
But then, Skye herself had traveled from the mountains in relative quickness, especially after that initial shock of finding Inferni with their wolf skulls impaled on spikes. She supposed a bear, especially Malachi, with her greater strength, stamina, and speed would have been able to travel farther and faster. Or perhaps she was looking for a place to call home? Skye wouldn't mind accepting Malachi into the pack, even if she wasn't a wolf - but she wasn't exactly sure what Shawchert would think. She hoped the situation wouldn't get awkward - Skye hated awkward situations!
