It had been a few days since the young Stormbringer male had left Dahlia in search of the books that he had been told about. He had returned to Halifax where he had met Aquila and he had snuck into Dalhousie University to learn how to read. He hadn't understood the enormity of that task until he had picked up a book for himself and tried to discern what the words meant- he had found it difficult to tell where one word started and one word ended. His saviour had come in the form of his pale aquaintice Skye Collins, of whom he had met just once before. But she had started to teach him to read and for that he was eternally grateful. They had planned to meet again soon to continue his lessons in learning to read.

However, the meeting with the pale artist had made Saul think of another pale female he had recently run out on. Well, to be fair she had gotten mad at him. On self reflection, Saul realised that his final question to the young Japanese girl had been rude and prying, and according to the girl herself she was used to leading, it was all she knew. And on this realisation Saul realised that Tsukiko was dangerously unskilled in living on her own. He was scared of going back to her house, scared of upsetting her again and recieving the scathing words from the white companion that didnt seem to have taken a liking to him. But he needed to go back, he needed to know that he hadn't seriously upset the young female.

It took more than just thinking about it for the young male to put his plan into action though. He had strayed towards the pale female's house a few mornings the past week on his run but he hadnt had teh bottle to actually knock on her door. Today was the day however and the young male forced himself walk forward. He had been in the trees around Tsukiko's house for about ten minutes now, looking at her house as he had most days. In his mouth hung two rabbits, caught this morning and just for her. He didnt imagine she got fed very often and she couldnt hunt herself, or at least that was what Saul guessed. He unlocked his legs and walked forward, shifting into his Optime form in the space between a pawstep. He removed the hares from his mouth and used his other had to knock on her door, his stomach churning as he waited to speak to her once more.
