Green eyes watched with interest as Tsukiko wrapped the bloodied rabbits in a towel and chopped them into manageable bites. The bones were held back, as they were an unwanted texture in the smoother stew. Perhaps Tsukiko would boil the bones to make a stock later on. It would be a nice idea for her to do so- to get the most out of the bones. Saul was not a chef but he had learned a few things since being back in Dahlia. He was still interested in herbs but he found little time for this activity amoung everything else he had set himself to learn. He wanted to be an asset to this pack instead of sponging off everyone else. So he would do something about it and therefore make himself useful.

He let his lips curve into a smile as Tsukiko came and handed him a cup of tea. Unlike his first encounter with the sweet liquid he knew to blow on it softly until there was less steam. He went to take a sip but Tsukiko chose that moment to answer him on his personal question. He remembered from their previous meeting that Tsuki didnt hunt. He wondered now whether it was something she couldnt do or wouldnt. If she could hunt but wouldnt do it Saul felt annoyence at her. But he felt pity if she just couldnt do it for herself. Green eyes gazed at her for a moment before taking a hot sip of his tea.

"That must be strenuous on Setsuna"

He commented with a pensieve look in his eyes. In all honesty it wouldnt take him long to catch two of three rabbits for the japanese each week and that would surely take some strain off the black cat. Although Saul didnt know the feline he felt it hard on the cat to hunt for both itself and her companion. It made Saul think about offering his services to the female. However, his mind cautioned him against it for a moment as he thought of the overreaction Tsukiko had had to his questioning. Maybe he would wait a moment until he asked.

"Have you been out of the house much?"

He asked pleasently, remembering her comment that she didnt know many people in Dahlia. She appeared to be quite isolated in this house and Saul wondered if she got lonely once in a while and decided to meet others in their shared home.
