Terribly sorry about the wait :< I should be much quicker now! 300+

The water was beautiful, and there was a definite tranquility about the area. The sound reminded her of the little fountain contraption that had been common across the Shimazu lands. Water would funnel into a hallow shoot of bamboo and when it was full, the water would empty into the pond and return upwards with "clack". One of her favorite places to be back home was at the section of the large koi pond where the fountain was found. She could sit for hours watching the brightly colored fish and listening to the calming sound of the water and bamboo. Tsukiko had contemplated trying to install a pond outside her small Wolfville home, but she did not know how to go about it. If only she had brought a landscaper with her.

Perhaps she could propose the idea to Saul, now that they were on friendly terms again. The Shimazu daughter could not deny that a soft spot was forming for the young Stormbringer. However, she had no idea how scrambled the signals she was receiving from him were. When he had spoke of helping her return to Japan, Tsukiko had naturally assumed that he meant to help her the entire way there. His company and skills would certainly be most welcome and she would be able to make a fine place for him on her estates. If he proved as loyal and useful as she thought he might, he could even be one of her closest assistants, helping her to rule her province. The more she thought of the idea, the more she liked it.

The Japanese fey's thoughts were soundly interrupted with the loud greeting and her white-tipped ears stood at attention as her eyes searched for the speaker. The voice had been quite high and this information eventually made her drop her gaze to the young little girl who had taken a seat by her side. "Oh, hello," she said, a smile coming to her diminutive features. Tsukiko had never had any playmates as a pup, but now she felt more comfortable around the younger members of society. They were innocent and kind and she didn't feel such a need to appear strong and collected in front of them. "I am Tsukiko Shimazu, and this is Setsuna. It is nice to meet you Poppy." Setsuna looked the pup over before closing her eyes indifferently. The feline, unlike the wolf, did not care so much for younglings and would likely remain silent through this encounter.
