ooc;; -throws saul into the fray- hope you dont mind dearies!

Saul Stormbringer

Their hunt had been successful to say the very least and everyone had eaten well a few days ago. The carcass was still available for any to pick at in the town square. However, after his meeting with Shawchert the other day, Saul had decided to experiment with the small amount of wood carving he knew. If he could carve wood at a novice level, maybe he could carve bone too. He had taken a few of the rib bones from the deer they had caught, washing them clean and drying them, ready for him to carve them into something beautiful. He knew that bones were hollow and they were filled with delicious bone marrow. And therefore he wasn't quite sure how he was going to go about making it into something. A whistle would be easy, but to make an animal shape would be a bit more difficult. He had ideas in his mind of presents for Gideon and Ascher, to be presented on their first birthday. But he needed the materials first.

He was out in the woods, very close to the beach he had come to love so much, when he heard a squeel. If he hadnt been concentrating on the sound he would have dismissed it, but he could definately hear that it was a squeel. Curiosity gripped him harder than trying to find the right chunk of wood for his brothers and he took off at a fast pace. It was obvious that Saul was the fastest runner of their brood and his daily training was helping to make sure that his once emaciated body was building muscle and strength quickly. So he took powerful bounds through the forest and towards the sound. It didnt take him long, but the scene unravelling towards him was something that both overjoyed him and upset him. Shiloh had returned, it appeared. And Gideon had his favourite sibling back.

Saul was never a bitter male, nor did he hold grudges. The moment the flash of hurt had left him, he plastered a grin across his face and took a leaping bound at his contrasting siblings. He didnt process anything they were saying, he was too excited to see his sister home once more. She looked good for someone who had been lost almost four months and Saul imagined that their father had indeed found her and returned her home. Hope swelled in his heart for a moment and from his vantage point of being on the outside of the bunch he glanced over a creamy shoulder in search of their darker father. He was disappointed, but it was overriden quickly by his sister.

"I'm so glad to see you Shi! Welcome home"

He said with a certain warmth in his voice. Still, he couldnt help but watch his brother and his sister closely, waiting to see if they would be annoyed at his interuption of their little reunion.
