Arnette was feeling the adventuring itch once again, it seemed to have snowed, only something she’d seen from the window of her cabin, but it had melted now. It mattered to her little, if the snow wanted to stay she would have no choice but to let it, she knew she had not control over the weather. No matter how much she wished something would go or stay. She padded out, her tail high and wagging as she moved along the grasslands, this time in the opposite direction she’d gone to the village, in fact it was almost the same direction that her papa had taken her to see the horses, which she liked very much, but she wasn’t going to the stables, she had seen a building on their way there, though it was much too far off into the distance to get a good look at, and today was her first chance she got to even get to go check out what the building was.

When she got there, it was not as she had thought… or hoped it would be. in fact it was run down, in her opinion, there was an old gate and it had dead old vines, and the there was a patch of what had been a bunch of plants, looked in disarray, she sniffed it and frowned, well this was a waste of a day… she thought as she sat down next to the closed gate to the building, though … she didn’t know if treasures awaited her like those color things that she and Aunty Anann had found… but the gate did look tricky to open. She bit at her bottom lip wondering how she was going to get it open. Though to an outsider it looked as if she was staring at the gate demanding to open for her.
