AW any Inferni member. Addison will be following Pripyat in at some point ^^

Inferni was closer than he had thought, though the journey had still taken him the better part of a day. It was the first time he had left Phoenix Valley and he had done so without so much as a word to his mother or father. Or anyone. He was gone and hopefully no one was looking for him, but why they would be he couldn't guess. Less and less he was spending time at his father's feet while the man read, or trailing after his mother around the pack lands. The past month or so he had been out on his own, still in Phoenix Valley, but not with them. And not really with anyone else, as there wasn't anyone his age there to hang about with. Seven months old, it was high time to break away from mommy and daddy and better alone than glued to them. It wasn't that he didn't love them, but part of him was afraid of loving them too much. If he loved them too much, surely that was a sign he still wasn't grown up, despite his adult rank.

Adult rank: he was in the rat race now with the rest of them, but he didn't feel like an adult by any means. For one thing the lanky, grey wolf still hadn't shifted. He knew he could, the ability was there, but he had only tried twice, both times after Adonia had said she shifted for the first time around five months. Both times he had failed to make the transformation and now he didn't try. What if he couldn’t? How disappoint that would be for him. More so, how disappointed his mother and father would be. The risk was too great, and so Pripyat instead stayed content as a lupus. Yet that wasn't what adults did. And adults didn't go sneaking out of their home at seven months of age for the first time, precisely to the place their adoptive older sister told them not to go. Of course, Pripyat wasn't quite an adult.

Inferni loomed before him in all its mysterious glory. Of course, it was neither as mysterious or glorious as Pripyat had imagined when Addison explain the clan to him. That had been a while ago, and she had told him about a tree then, one great for the leaf catching game. But there were no leaves anymore, and even if there were that was a child's game. He wasn't quite a child, even if he wasn't quite an adult. Inferni its self now was the draw, and Pripyat Soul hated to admit it to himself but the only reason was because Addison had told him not to go there. And now here he was, and aside from the ominous skulls that marked their borders Pripyat wasn't so sure why she seemed so fearful of the place.
