A few weeks of idleness was all the Marino man could take. He had kept mainly within the Crimson Dreams borders since coming home bruised and banged up from his rather unfortunate trip to Halifax. The trip had been out of necessity for a number of supplies he needed for bigger carpentry tasks, namely the construction of a stable he'd had in mind for a while now. While the Dreamer had successfully obtained all that he needed, the wounded state he'd returned home in didn't allow for much physical labor on his part. Combine that with the cold weather of the season, and his project was rather begrudgingly forced to be put on hiatus. He had been looking forward to getting into the labor-intensive task, but it wasn't as if he didn't have other things to busy himself with in the mean time.

Much of his spare time of late had been dedicated to planning a little fishing trip down at the sea. Getting the small sailboat he'd restored out to the ocean shore turned out to be quite the chore, but thankfully it had been something he was working on before getting all banged up, and it didn't take as much effort now as it otherwise would have. The rest of his time was spent prepping the rods and netting he would put to use once at sea. It would likely take him a few trips, but he hoped that he would be able to catch himself a decent amount of fish. Perhaps the Dreamers could put together a little feast, if he was successful. That was his hope, anyway. If luck was on his side, his rusty fishing skills wouldn't hinder him too much.

He was willing to give it a shot, though. What could the harm be? Ehno made his way along the sandy shore toward the old boat, a spare fishing rod in hand. He had managed to get the rest of his supplies all packed up into the boat the evening before, but he figured an extra rod couldn't hurt. The Dreamer leaned over the edge of the boat and placed the rod beside the rest of his supplies. He took a step back then, amber eyes studying the little fishing boat. Shoving off from shore would be the hardest part, especially with his healing shoulder, but everything should go smoothly after that.
