Axelle had one joint left in her stash. She wanted to get high in a new place and to experience it in its own way. A land near Cercatori D’Arte called Ethereal Eclipse served as the best spot right now. Being on two legs since she needed fingers to smoke was different for her. It took her longer to get places on just two legs, but at the same time it was a new experience just like this new land. Being a loner wasn’t that bad after all.
She found a nice quiet spot near a tree which looked comfortable for her. She squatted down and stretched her legs out before her while she leaned against the tree. Axelle held up the joint and examined it for a short second before lighting it with her lighter she recently found. It still worked, too, which was a plus.
As she inhaled deeply, she could feel the smoke burning her lungs. She hadn’t smoked as much as she would’ve liked to and was still a rookie. The burning sensation got so bad so quick that she coughed out a big cloud of smoke, and choked for about a minute. Then she regained her posture and continued smoking, now taking smaller pulls to avoid choking again. The world was getting slower by each hit she took. Thoughts began to seem so important, while troubles seemed to fade away. She now understood why some people get high and write poetry. She looked down at herself and realized her weird coat was so interesting. Especially in Optime form. One side of her body was white while the other was black with no interruptions or crooked marks. The line went straight throughout her body. She became lost in thought about herself not realizing much that was going on around her.
