Melee had been out of the pack lands before, but only in two of the three general directions. She had been to the west which had led her towards Crimson Dreams and to meet her current crush Oak. She couldn’t wait until she would be able to see him again. Then she had ventured out towards the east when she was saved from injury by Scorpius. Both of he male pups were such great friends and the pup was so happy that she was making so many outside of the Dahlia de Mai pack lands. She was sure this would help her out when she was older and would be heading out more to meet her friends more. She wanted to make sure that she had friends she could see outside of the pack lands so it didn’t seem like she was bound to this land by her relations. The one direction she hadn’t gone yet was to the south towards the city of Halifax. She was eager to see what new lands were out that way. The brown pup wondered if there was anyone out there who would become her friend. She was having so much luck so far that she figured every time she had left the pack lands, she was making a new friend.
Melee, as was common for her, was playing around in the snow for a while before she decided that she was ready to leave and head outside of the borders once more. With all the times she was leaving, she wondered why Gideon wasn’t realizing she was leaving the first place. She hoped that he wouldn’t be mad at her for doing this anyways. She past the borders and began to head south. She wouldn’t have to go far before she raised her head into the air and began to sniff around. She was picking up on an odd scent and she had no idea what it was. The brown pup was actually on the borders of Phoenix Valley, but she had no idea the pack was even here. She continued to wander around the borders, just sniffing around and trying to find the source. She eventually decided to cross the border and sniff around the edge of the inside of the territory. She knew better than to trespass, but she was unaware of the pack even being here. After a while she raised her head up and began to try and head back the way she came. She didn’t want to get lost and she wanted to make sure that she wasn’t anywhere that she wasn’t supposed to be. For the most part, the girl remained along the inside part of the northern borders and would wagged her tail as she explored. Her ears were up as was her tail. She was filled with excitement as she looked around and climbed on some nearby rocks. She looked around at the new sights and smiled. Everything looked so beautiful with the snow on the ground.
