Melee wondered why the male suddenly went so quiet. She looked around and did not see anyone coming towards them so she was sure it was not for that reason. Was it perhaps something that she said? All she did was tell him her name and what she was doing here. She wondered if there was something wrong with her name or the fact that she was exploring outside of Dahlia de Mai. Perhaps it was because she was so young and she was already outside of the pack lands. She could not help it if she could not find anyone to play with in the pack. She wanted to have some friends to play with when she got bored, but the only ones she made friends with were outside of her pack. She knew that she was still young, but she wanted to continue to see her friends for as long as she could. The pup did wonder though if it was her name that threw the male off. She had no idea who he was so how would he be able to know who she was. Perhaps there was the possibility that he knew her mother. She wagged her tail in excitement as she waited to hear what he was thinking about.
Melee smiled as the male pup explained that she was in the pack known as Phoenix Valley. She was so glad to finally know where she was. Perhaps now when she went back home, she could tell Gideon where she went all by herself. Maybe he would be proud of her for making it so far on her own. Then again, there was also the idea that he might get mad at her for going so far away without an adult. Perhaps it was nest not to tell him in the long run. The pup looked back to the young male as he introduced himself as Pripyat Soul. She could not believe it. There was someone else in the area that had the same name as her. She wondered if they were related in some way. She wagged her tail more and bounced around in her excitement. ”That’s so cool! We have the same name! I didn’t know there wewe othews like me!” This turned out to be a great idea. She was so happy she was able to run into Pripyat. The day could only get better now right?
