The few days that had passed had been… enlightening to Shaw. Though he tried his best he couldn’t do one thing… and that was the feel of Sky’s mouth on his. He couldn’t get her out of his mind. It wasn’t bad per say, but it was also quite hard to focus. He thought that the time he’d given himself was enough, she was his friend after all, and he didn’t want her to think that he was avoiding her, and right now, he wanted to be near someone. He knew Skye and Bangle being together would make him slightly uncomfortable, especially when he was thinking of her, and still in a way hurting over what he and Orin had done. So he had found one of his already made presents well, they weren’t presents, but mere time wasters, though he did not waste time in any of them. He was precise in his work and did his best with every one. Holding it in his hand, he headed out to find Sky, who would probably be at her house. Maybe if she didn’t think it was cold enough they might have a nice walk? In any case he headed to where she lived. It wasn’t too far of a walk from his own place, so he was almost there in no time, as though he ran.

He wasn’t sure if she was mad at him or would forgive him from hurrying from her home, he just didn’t want to end up regretting another act he would have doubtless done if he were to kiss back. He took a few breaths, watching as the vapor cleared away from him before giving the door a light knock. He stood on his heels, his hands behind his back, hiding the present he had for her, and hoped in all hopes she didn’t slam the door on him.
