The silence returned after her words reached the air. They really didn’t have much to stay, did they? They didn’t have much in common or anything they both enjoyed to talk about. She was a peace loving coyote and he was a battle hardened, bloodthirsty coyote. If someone was on the outside looking in at the situation they might even think they were simply past clanmates and nothing else. Moments later he spoke, his words brushing against her ear. It seemed as if he really didn't know what he was doing and was new to this process. He was hesitant with his actions and words seeming to second guess himself. She couldn't blame him. He was more the type to deal with trespassers not joiners. She watched as he broke eye contact and left his head towards the sky. A loud howl pierced the air. She wouldn't be surprised if it was heard for miles. She knew some how, way back, Gabriel was related to her, but it might be to far back for it to really count. She was related to most of the coyotes in Inferni and was related to some in many different ways thanks to the inbreeding.

After the howl had died down she perked her ears searching for that noise that meant Gabriel's arrival. "How have things been here?" she asked. The only thing her and her father really had in common was that they did, or once did, live in Inferni and she was curious about what had happened while she was gone. Had they won the war or were they defeated? Was there a change of leadership or was it the same as before. Her father was the only one around to answer her questions at the moment and she was more then happy to ask them.
