About a year ago she had dreamed of running off and exploring farther then she had before, but, after traveling for about a year, she was ready to settle down and never travel again. The first month she traveled it was fun and enjoyable, but after that she was tired of moving every day and being in a new den every night. She continued to travel, however, since she had already told the group she would stick with them awhile. She didn't really regret traveling, since she had seen a lot of new places, learned a few new skills, and meet some interesting wolves and coyotes. The travelers she was with taught her something that she had hoped was true for a long time, you didn't have to live everyday scared that someone was going to jump out and hurt you or shed blood every time you saw someone you didn't know instead you could live in peace making more friends then enemies. Maybe she could bring that concept to Inferni.
When her new Aquila finished talking she lowered her head in a silent thank you only raising it again when he was out of sight. Had she ever thought she wouldn't be accepted back? No, not really. She was blood like he had said and no one could change that no matter how much they tried. She really didn't think blood matter that much. Who that person was mattered more, didn't it? Unless, of course, you were direct family like a father and a daughter or a mother and a son. Then you had to try to get along even if you would highly dislike them if you weren't there family.
The next thing that happened truly surprised her. Her father said something short and sweet before turning around and walking away. She had known her father usually did stuff like this, but he had never really done it to her. Well, she wasn't going to let him get away that easily. She walked after him eventually getting next to him. "I'll help you then, so you can get it done faster." She spoke just like she normally would sweet and innocent.
