ooc;; for anyone and everyone! i really dony mind how many people join- the more the better!

Life had begun to get a little hectic for the warrior boy. He was no longer a boy, but the recent events with the coyote in the cave system and its swift demise had lifted the man beyound himself. He had been unable to sleep for days and a certain sense of foreboding had settled in his stomach since the event. Unlike most who had been presented with this situation, it was not the unease of killing the coyote that had settled in the mans stomach- it was the incurable need for more. A few days ago he had encountered a coydog at the borders and the want to tear him to shreds had shaken the man. He had never been a murderer, a warrior was all he knew how to be. But he was beginning to feel as though he was floating away and he didnt exactly revel in the feeling. With sleep evading him and his mind running loops around him the young warrior had taken to patrolling the borders late at night to make sure that Naniko was safe in her home.

This evening however had the young warriors feet itching and he felt the need to ground himself more thoroughly than patrolling did. He wanted to feel the pure wolf in his veins instead of the cankerous thoughts that were infecting him. He didnt want to think about the coyote's hot blood racing down his throat and the delicious tear his ear had made when it had been torn from his head. And there was no better way to ground him that a good old fashioned hunt. He remained in his lupus form as he had stealthily herded the large deer herd into Anatheman lands. He had made sure not to spook them into running just yet, laying small scent marks of where he did not want them to go and herding them to the small forest on the slope of the mountain.

Theodore rose above the herd as the tried to graze in the snowy ground. They seemed pretty content right now, but the young man knew there would be chaos in a few moments. In a rare moment of sociable feelings Teddy felt the need to include others in his hunt- wolves traditionally hunted in packs right? Not wanting to startle his carefully guarded quarry, Teddy buried his muzzle in the snow before releasing the howl. It came out muffled and distant- the stag raised his head to check that his family was in no immediate danger before trying once more at grazing. The howl had sounded too far away to be significant to him so he had ignored it. Licking the snow away from his lips Teddy allowed blue eyes to sweep to mountain once more before he settled to wait for help to arrive. Perhaps he would bond with someone over the experiance. It was unlikely, but one could dream...
