He had just finished encountering a new member and was now on his way back on his border. It had been such a good day so far, and once he was done with his patrol he would go find Sky for something to do, possibly keep warm under covers or something. That was a happy thought for him as he walked through the trees. He was nearing the border tree, the part of the border that had been the start of their glorious pack. He wasn’t one to pride himself on much, but he could with the pack because it wasn’t all about what he was doing, sure he thought this place up, he gathered the wolves and moved them here, but it was the members that made the pack itself, and he was proud of each and every single one, even if there had been some slight drama the last week or so… mostly due to him.
As he neared the border tree he slowed down, finding that there was someone already there reading the sign on the tree. Shawchert smiled glad that the art on it did not go unnoticed. He watched the male for a little while before making himself known.

He pointed up at the sign that was carved into the tree, in which was carved by his co leader and very good friend. He wondered what the male was doing around her, other than looking at the fine art on the tree. He doubted she came here from her own pack, for he smelled something of one on him, though he did not recognize it… it smelled much like he lived under the earth, but that was silly… He kept his welcome smile on his face, as he wondered what pack he had come from. It wasn’t any of the nearby packs he’d been friendly with four of them already, it made him very curious as to know who this man was.
