Hanna shivered at the touch of her sister's nose against her head and neck, partially because it felt good to have her sister back and partially because she detested her new appearance. The singed fur stank, and Hanna wondered how Colibri could stand to nuzzle her like she was. But her sister was happy to see her, happy she was alive, and that make the ebon female happier than any fire could kill.
It hadn't been too long before present that her sister had denied their familial ties. Not that Hanna blamed her; their mother had abandoned the female not too long after she was born. In hindsight, Hanna would have denied all ties with Kinitiny as well.
Burying her own muzzle against her sister's neck, Hanna silently wept, for her sister's hardships, for the land they'd had to abandon, for anything a person would have to weep for. Then, backing away, she faced the other two. I'm Hanna, Colibri's sister. What are your names?
