Woo for needing a medic xD
It had been a long, painful walk home. He’d received more injuries from J'adore than he had initial thought; the majority of the damage was on his front legs, both covered in scrapes of varying length and depth. His already dark coat had darkened a few shades from the blood that now ran through it. Across his chest and small areas of his face stung, the damage to the two areas still remained undetermined as he had yet to take a decent look at them, but he hoped that they were just the minor scrapes he believed them to be.
Slowly he hauled his worn out body towards the caves he now called home, just ahead of him he could see the emergency entrance. Not far to go, just a few more steps he repeated to himself again and again. Finally he reached the entrance and collapsed just to the side of it, chest rising and falling as he struggled for breath. Looking down at his tattered legs all he started to asses the wounds, nothing seemed overly serious but there was a lot of sand in the cuts and the long one going up his right leg seemed deep.
Gingerly he lowered his head, slowly licking at the deeper wound. Pain shot up his leg and a small yelp escaped from him. God he hurt, he wanted to curl up and sleep but the wounds needed cleaning. Lowering his head he licked at the wound again, tensing as the pain reared through him again. Today was going to be a long one it seemed.
