Sepirah was having a very hard time sleeping. She was really not used to the weather and wished the winter season would come to an end. She could feel the chill running through her fur and hitting her skin as she laid in her home. She tried pulling her blanket over her body to lock the heat in, but it was not helping much. She wanted to feel the warmth of spring against herself again. Perhaps it was a bad idea to stay here for the winter, but she was not about to abandon her duties because of a little snow. She was of a respectable rank and she only wished to pushed herself further so she could prove to her leader family members she could be just as good as them. The dark princess raised her head and took a glance outside. The wind was blowing much faster than normal. It looked like a storm had decended upon the Inferni lands. This was not good for some of the members here. If they did not choose the right cave then they were in danger. Perhaps this was the perfect time to put the jackal’s scouting skills to the test.

Sepirah dropped the blanket behind her and moved out towards the entrance of the cave. She could feel the rushing wind, though tried to ignore it. She opened her golden eyes to see the land covered in a think layer of snow, more coming by the minute. Without the slightest hesistation, she leaped into the snow. Considering she was so small compared to the other members of the pack, she sank all the way into the snow. This was not a good sign. She had to find someone and fast. The dark princess raised her nose into the air and began to walk forward. She tried to use her sense of smell to locate the other members, but it was really hard considering the strength of the storm. The jackal grew tired of trying to track in her tiny lupus form. She lowered her head and began to feel her bones mending. She could feel the muscles shifting in her body as she changed into her optime form. The dark girl then stood on her back legs and looked around. She had a much better view now, so it would not be as hard to locate other members.

Sepirah continued to push herself along until she caught sight of her uncle and another member near a den. She could not tell who the other member was from the snow blowing in her face. She approached Gabriel and the other member, who she could now she was Talitha, and was about to question him on what was going on. It was not until she noticed which den they were in front of that she began to panic. The only member she really felt a connection to, her grandmother. She forced herself in with the other two and began to use her hands to get the snow away. She was worried for Kaena’s safety. The air must have been running out in there. It was important that they got her out of there as quickly as possible. It would be a bit of time before the dark princess would be able to shift into her stronger secui form. Until then, she would have to trust that her hands could break through the thick wall of snow blocking the entrance.
