Jace stalked along the very edge of the Phoenix Valley lands. She was deep in thought and not paying much attention to her surroundings or for danger. What Ookami had said to her had given her a lot to think about as she plodded along slowly, she most likely wouldn't notice an attack until it was too late for her to defend herself. She didn't realize as she finally wandered off of Phoenix Valley lands and into the neutrals, walking along the outside of the borders instead of the inside and being separated from the Valley by a layer of trees and underbrush.
