He laughed. The black and white male in front of her simply laughed out of awkwardness. It made her rather hesitant, since she wasn't sure if he was laughing with or of her. And, from the female's perspective, had a huge difference.

The male spoke again, and the way he ddi so calmed her nerves a bit. A pack of misfits, huh? A lucky day for her indeed. "...Ezra?" She spoke softly in her twisted British-into-American accent, as if testing his name. It was a rather odd name but, sicnerely, what would be the definition of odd? She smiled lightly in an almost sweet way. "What a pleasure to meet ye, sir! And Ah'm sorry, Ah believe introductions are in order... Ah'm Lisbet Lockwood. And yes, Ah ain't from here. I come from London, England though... Ah-Ah don't believe ye have... heard of it?" She said, though she wasn't sure if she should give him his hand. In the doubt, she simply bowed.

"And, um, for meh skills, Ah am a great technician and mechanic, and a good blacksmith..." The steampunk said, turning around and scavenging a small bot she have been working on from one of her bags. She spun the small key on the back of the machine, and lyed it on the ground. A second later, it started to move, the tiny wheels turning to make it go forward while metal sticks - supposed to be the legs of the toy - moved synchronized, like a horse walking. Well, a much stiffer, mechanical horse would, but still. "Ah can both fix old and broken mechanics, as well as making brand-new ones. In a nutshell, my pack had vowed to conserve and protect the human knowledge, so we, well, we've grownin their lifestyle. With that, Ah'm only especialized in these things only..." She said, knowing that, if she did not tell them she was a good-for-nothing besides being good with machines, they would find out, sooner or later.
