She watched the child, noticing his movements. Still he didn't speak though. It was something that she found to be rather strange. Did he have no voice at all? She wasn't certain but that seemed to be the case here. It made her curious as to just what was wrong with him to not allow him to speak. But her attention became distracted from him as the female spoke up once again.
She could understand most of what was being said though there was a small bit that she didn't quite get. Still, she knew enough to be able to list off names and skills as well as the agreement to the ritual. That had been all that she was really looking for after all. It was the same information gathered from everyone that she had met that wished to join. It was the information that she had to pass on to her sister.
Since she didn't have Juju with her as she had on previous occasions before she had to make do with howling for a leader instead of sending her son to find one. "We are living underground here. In caves." She decided that she would tell the others a bit more about the pack while they waited. It also explained why others weren't seen ambling around throughout the trees and such. Everything was mostly contained underground. It was generally just the hunting that was done above ground. There was even storage for caught items, as well as a place to eat them, underground. It would probably come as a shock, or at least come across as peculiar, that the pack hid themselves away beneath their paws. All other packs seemed to remain above ground instead. The only other place that Sele knew like this had been the cult. And it was because of that that made her feel safe hidden away from sight underground.
