Haha, this shall be interesting...

Life for the young Dasa seemed to be exiting the storm and heading towards smooth sailing, he knew things may not remain calm for long, but he was enjoy the quiet days he’d been having recently. Things with Selene were looking up, much to his surprise. He wasn’t sure on exactly what their relationship was at the time, but there was one and that’s all that mattered to him and as an added bonus, he hadn’t picked a fight or debated killing someone… atleast this week.

Beneath his feet, he could feel a few small scattered stones, which wasn’t all that surprising. The main tunnels of which the pack used, had been cleared of small stones from day-to-day use, but the tunnel he headed down was seemingly hardly used. Blue eyes scanned his surroundings, but provided him with no insight to where in the tunnel he was, for all that he saw was endless darkness. Yet, he continued onwards, confident in his knowledge of the tunnels.

His ear twitched, picking up the sound of voices that travelled through out the caves. It was probably some time in the evening he guessed; after spending so much time underground, his sense of time had greatly improved.. that and the distant sound of laughter and chatter indicated the time. Evening time seemed to be where others gathered to chat, meet up, giggle like a bunch of fools and make a lot of unnecessary noise. Thankfully, making merry and being nice weren’t his thing; for he’d hate to look and play the fool so many seem willing to do.

Another bout of distant laughter echoed it’s way up the tunnel, only strengthening his opinion on night-time festivities, or at least, some of them. Idle conversation, unless in the form of bullying another, was pointless and a waste of good time and should be reduced to a minimum in the young male’s opinion.

Down the narrow tunnel, familiar scents of other pack members lingered, comforting him in a way that said ‘you’re home and safe’. His feet tracked the invisible path that lay ahead of him, only the map within his mind to lead his way; lights, in any form were a waste of resource, another opinion in which he strongly believed in. If you could learn you way around and make do without, why waste resources. It seemed so lazy, as if it was the easy way out.

Turning, he headed towards his direction; the personal rooms of the pack. In particular Selene’s. He’d stop by and see if Selene was in her room, if she was, he’s stop there for the night. If not, he’d find her then stop at hers for the night. Conclusion, spend the night with Selene, a slap happy grin spread to his face, hidden by the surrounding darkness.

He was still a distance from his desired destination, the tunnel had been gradually widening until in the distance he saw a flicker of light. As he approached closer, he noted the smell of burning wood and a shadow falling upon the rocky walls. Coming to a halt, he tested the scents again to identify the person; without a doubt the person ahead was pack, but not someone he knew.

His head titled to the side as he considered what to do; whether to change his path or continue and encounter the stranger. Stubborn pride kicked in and he continued forward, making no attempt to hide his approach. After a few moments of silent walking, he emerged into a light area, where a burning fire and a lone male sat.

Normally, one would say something in such a situation. Instead, he choose to simply raise a questioning eyebrow at the male before him, noting the bottle smelling suspiciously like alcohol.

Great, a lost drunk.
