+3. I'm no Furry, but I highly approve of wet, muscular warriors in combat. ;o

Mornings were quiet, much like the bone hued male that emerged from the caves of Anathema before the sun rose above the mountains. It was a perfect time to get away - when no one wanted anything from you. The foreign warrior, trained to be eager to please his king and queen, would leave to be alone with the privacy of his thoughts.. and be back before anyone noticed he was gone.

Thundering steps were taken towards the shores, ascending and descending the rocky mountain cliff. Viking's axe, once his father's, still remained at his side; though there was no intention to use it, it was very much a part of him like the scars that marred his physique. Memory allowed him to remember where the shores were, hidden by a large rock face, making the place secluded. Viking had been to the area a couple of times, occasionally to stare out into the horizon - towards his homeland.

But the silent warrior could never blame what the Band had done to him, as he descended the cliff to meet the soft, nearly untouched sand. It was more of what he did to them. King deserved to be cast out, for attempting to save the life of one whose life was as good as gone... and forever would that black memory remain, strapped to the giant's face for all the world to see.

Making a final leap down from atop a jutting rock, an audible 'THUD' was heard as the over-sized, bone washed male made it onto the sands. The morning sun had reached its destination over the mountains, bathing the warrior in sunlight, making him appear almost white. Only a few steps were taken towards the shore, however, before his single eye caught the glance of a black form in the water, feet ahead. Beneath closed lips, the warrior gritted his teeth, unable to tell who the character was or if they even belonged to these lands. A rush of instinct crawled through Viking, finding himself unsure of whether to confront the stranger or just turn around and go back the way he came.
