Mizu staggered across the borders of AniWaya, the pain in her wrist finally getting to her. Tears didn't flood her eyes though, she just couldn't see well. She guessed that she was in shock, not just from her wrist shattering but also from her brother being back. Her heart pounded and her breath came in short ragged gasps.
She went as quickly as she could to her and J'adore's home. Her right hand clutched onto her left wrist, holding it tight against her chest. Her legs felt like Jello and she was shaking violently. She was freezing cold and she couldn't stop shaking. Nervous tears clouded her vision.
As she finally made it to the cabin she let go of her wrist and opened the door. She pretty much collapsed in the doorway. She fell hard onto her wrist, feeling a few more bones crack. A loud groan escaped her and she stayed on the ground. She couldn't move at all. She felt like she was being overdramatic because all she had was a shattered wrist, but shock was sinking deep into her bones and she couldn't think enough to get her medicine bag.
Her legs curled up against her chest and she cried silently and nervously. Her body shook and she felt like she was about to pass out. Her breath was caught in her throat. She wanted to call out for someone but she couldn't. Everything seemed far away and she didn't know if there was anyone in the house or not. Finally she could make out words, "J'adore... Aur?"
