For Mars!
She hadn't been sleeping. Since their move into Berwick, into the rundown home Mars had so carefully picked out for his new family, Krystalle had managed to keep a touch of insomnia at all times; it drained her energy, more so than the puppies she carried, and she found herself staying within the confines of the house from dawn until dusk. Silently, she moved about the rooms, adjusting their personal belongings to reflect her personal preference of their position. Interior decoration kept her from talking to Mars about the situation at hand, something she appreciated as the weeks went by. It'd become awkward to live with him. The whole situation was awkward. She felt awkward. A sigh escaped her as she moved from the ruined hall to the makeshift living area, gathering up pieces of pottery from her bag on the way.
The real purpose for her movement was to try and ease the pain that had started late the night before, unwilling to let Mars see she was distressed in an attempt to keep him calm. The muscles in her body tensed again, she paused, and one white-tipped hand rose to her face in order to hide the twist of a grimace behind the padded palm. A kiln-fired pot she had grasped from the nearby furniture fell to the floor, breaking apart into several pieces. She scowled at the pot for only a moment as another surge of pain caused her to crouch low above the ground. "¿Dios mio, por qué le permiten hacer esto a mí?!"
