Anann felt her elbow solidly connect with Noss, but before she could fully pull back she felt his firm grip around her upper arm. A grin growing across lips that had otherwise been set in a rather grim expression as of late. She gauged her opponent to be a rather experienced and skilled warrior when she had first met him. Long before this little sparring match; even before he was a member of the court itself. And he did not disappoint. Her reaction was practically instinctual as she dodged his other hand aimed for her other shoulder. Leaning slightly and ducking from the hand, all while bringing her knee up in a kick to attempt to land another blow to his torso and twist her arm from his grasp at the same time. It was the same leg as the arm he held so there was little chance of him capturing her limb and with it her balance.
