Had abit of a muse crash for awhile, but it be back now @_@

What to do? The simple question had occupied his mind as he wondered around under the sun, with no set destination and no purpose. He’d considered returning to the howling caves, but what was there waiting for him there? A bunch of nobody’s he cared little about, responsibilities and the male he loved but was being ignored by. No, there’s nothing to return to….

Yet, although there was nothing and nobody waiting for his return, he knew that eventually he would find his way back to the dark caves; if only to fulfil his duty as one of Anathema’s warriors. “Humph!” he huffed at the thought, “Duty, man, when did is start to give a flying …” the words into silence, for he already knew the answer. Although he may not be the most liked wolf that walked the dark caves, he loved Anathema and he would only leave when death took him.

Where he was, he wasn’t entirely sure; long ago had he stopped trying to keep track of his location; he was directionally challenged and has come to terms with his inability to locate places and had become accustomed to turning up at random locations when he’d meant to be somewhere in the totally opposite direction. Still, the place was pretty enough; lots of trees with a soft wind blowing between them, giving the forest a fresh airy feel to it.

Stepping forward, his foot connected to a fallen branch, snapping the wood beneath a large paw. As the sound shattered the silence that had begun to surround him, a group of black birds; crows possibly, shot up into the air, fleeing from what their instincts told them was a threat. At the sound of the other birds startled getaway, the white bird upon his should awoke, it’s beady read eyes glared up to where the birds were, the Dasa got the feeling the albino despised others of his kind; no doubt the bird had a superiority complex considering how the pest behaved.

Reaching up to his shoulder, he softly ran a finger over the birds chest in a reassuring manner, “Just cause you’re used to big, scary wolves don’t mean all the other birds of the world are” he teased the albino crow. In response, the bird dugs it’s nails into his shoulder slightly, causing the Dasa to chuckle. “Yeah yeah, you sulk all you want you insufferable pest” his tonne of voice contradicted the words; Beyaz, it seemed was the only one who stayed loyal to him. And that’s only cause I feed the git…

With another gust of wind, he noted something new; now it carried the scent of another. Considering his vast amount of free time, the Dasa quickly followed the scent; relying more upon scent than sight. Before long, he had found the source; a lone female. Straight away his eyes scanned the other for any weapons she carried and begun to take wild guesses at the other’s weaknesses and strengths; such was a habit that had been trained into him until he did it by reflex.

Once he had reassured himself that the other posed no real threat to him, he cocked his head to the side and allowed a ghost of a smile to reach his lips; the expression looking more like a smirk than what he’d intended. “Well hello there” he finally called out to the other.
