For the last few days Nayru had been making the trek back and forth with Saluce, slowly moving some of the vines from the vineyard to their new home, and the other plants into the Abbey gardens. Each trip she deposited more of Dahlia de Mai into Ichika no Ho-en and by the time they all arrived there would be plenty of their home there to greet them. Nayru left her personal items for the last trip. The one they would make all together. In a simple cloth bag she brought the books she meant to keep from Dahlia de Mai’s library and upon her body she kept the dagger and jewelry given to her as gifts. Everything else could be left behind, and she would help carry other’s possession as they made the trek in a large group. When she left the greenhouse for the last time there was only the smallest feeling of sadness, but it was greatly overshadowed by the excitement that wouldn’t seem to die.

Nayru led her own half of Ichikans early in the morning, Saluce’s horse and the few borrowed from Aniwaya strapped with items that some canine or another did not wish to leave behind. Although they looked bogged down with bundles, Nayru smiled upon them all reassuringly. It was the same smile she gave Razekiel and the Valley members when they met up at the bent tree. And it was the same smile she graced them all with as they arrived late evening up and over the mountain slope, staring down at their new home. Still the faces of the Valley members were not wholly familiar to her, but that would soon change. They were all a family now, and Nayru showed those she knew not as well the same amount of warmth she showered upon the members she had brought with her.

Razekiel was the first to speak as they all together surveyed the lands. Ichika no Ho-en. It felt so right to be there. The air was cool up in the mountain slopes, but pleasant with the long, hot trek behind them. Nayru shrugged her bundles off and turned to the others, knowing they were probably quite tired. “We’re home friends.” Cherry eyes skipped from face to face, knowing that even during the walk over the members had not bonded as they must sooner or later. “Would you guys like a meal, all together? I will go hunting, and perhaps someone else could start a fire? We can rest here and tomorrow begin to explore our new home. “ They all would have to comb over the area, find their own little houses within the land they all knew to be home.
