Arye did not have much in the way of material items. She had only ever really carried things that she could scavenge from abandoned sites when she had been wandering months ago, not exactly lost, but without any due course or destination in mind. The way things had changed within the span of a few months was astonishing. She had spent the better part of the day now traveling in the midst of strangers, a caravan of creatures whom she would stare at out of the corners of her honey-colored eyes, and smile at warmly when their eyes met. But for the most part, Arye maintained a quiet presence.
She did not carry anything with her, having abandoned the earthy things that no longer represented anything significant to her. She was only attached to one thing on this green earth, anchored to something outside of herself. Yellow eyes touched the smoky colored figure with oceanic eyes. Pripyat was a constant companion and confidant, partner in crime, a sweet and thoughtful presence in her life, the first being to extend something more than cursory kindness to her. She could find new things to call belongings, and probably would go scouting with Pripyat within the next few days to do so, but what mattered now was following Razekiel and Nayru to their new home; it might be different than the life they had known in the Valley, but Arye wasn't afraid of changing scenery as long as Pripyat would be there to share in these new adventures.
Arye did not need to draw close to Pripyat to feel close to him, and she did not require reassurance. For as much as she was confused by the quiet voice of her heart, she was also filled with verve, energy, and excitement about what the future held. She stopped just short of Nayru, bright eyes shining as she smiled, gaze drinking in the endless expanse of something new, something with boundaries that she had yet to discover. "I'll come with you, Nayru," Arye said, her thirst for learning more about this new home coming to the fore. "I'll help you."
