The feline enjoyed walking around the old buildings - the old human artifacts fascinated him, and he wondered how they managed to do such things and build them so large - he knew that humans weren't any larger than the Luperci that now lived instead of them, and were actually a bit smaller. He knew that they used large machines to move many of the things around them, but then wondered how they built the large machines - everything lead to somewhere, he thought to himself, and they had to have began by building something.
In a book he had read that the humans had started on fire - when they had discovered it, they had accelerated and made things like the wheel. Later they made better and better inventions, more and more... until they had wiped themselves out and lent their man-made disease to the Luperci, who rose to power afterwards. He wondered idly if they would ever become as advanced as the humans had, or if the humans were unique in the ways of powers.
