The feline's deep thoughts were interrupted as he heard a sound he hadn't heard in a long time - purring - behind him. He kept staring at the building, but he thought that the sound of the cat that made it seemed young - he could tell it was male, but a kitten at that. He then heard a soft sound like someone sitting down behind him, and heard the kitten again; curiousity overtaking any other sense that was telling him to stay turned around, he looked behind him.

There were two creatures there - one was a canine, a wolf. She was black from head to toe, excusing the underside of her, which was cream rather than black. She was holding what was a small kitten, just like Element suspected; it was quite small, and he wondered vaguely where she got it from.

He looked at the canine first; "Hello," the ebony feline said, and then looked at the kitten and purred despite himself, giving out a warm greeting in low speech. The kitten was quite adorable, in fact, and he hadn't seen one since his own kittenhood when he was playing with his littermates. Ah, he remembered those days of playing and chasing and exploring and hunting with his mother.
