Axelle cleared her throat as the alcohol went down a little harshly. She recovered and brought the bottle back to her lips, taking a successful, smooth swig now. ”That’s what I’m aiming for,” she said as she swallowed. She showed a toothy grin to the female across from her. Friendly it was. Friendly was an overstatement most of the time. Lucia was lucky to catch Axelle in a good mood, not that she was capable of doing anything overly damaging in a bad mood, either.
Mental was an understatement. She was capable of a lot more being in the right state of mind. Axelle smiled wickedly at the thought of a few things she had done wrongly. The pup burning session being in the first place spot. Having Kemo throw some in was at the second place spot. Actually doing the deed without losing any sleep for the next few months was in the third spot. Sure, she felt shitty when she was actually doing it, but when it was over and done with she had nothing connecting her to that bastard anymore except for her underlying crush for him. Hmm… Maybe she did know a little about love, but it never made her feel any different way when he disappeared. Maybe her feelings for him weren’t that strong after all. All this thinking made her thirsty. She took another sip from her vodka bottle, and its contents were nearly halfway finished now.
”Maybe even more,” she joked with Lucia. In her statement, she was half kidding. The other half she was quite serious, but then again she really had no idea what Lucia was capable of and Lucia really had no idea what else Axelle was capable of doing either. A smirk came to her lips, and she brought the bottle back up to her mouth once more. She took another sip, put it down next to her, and lay on her side propping her head up on her left hand, and watched Lucia with interested eyes. She was ready for more of what this female had to offer. What else could she learn about her?
