Well he looks as chappy as he ever had, she thought, still smiling as he came to greet her on her way to him. He looked well. And quite content. When she thought back though, she couldn't really think of a time when he hadn't looked content, he usually fixed things up rather nicely for himself. Stomping over to him, she very nearly smashed her face into his furs as an attempt at hugging him. She did, however, need all her legs for balance, so it would have to do. He spoke, and once she heard what he had to say she laughed loudly, little trilling sounds escaping from her throat. Her gloom was forgotten for the time being, or hidden far away in her brain somewhere; she shouldn't sit and be sad when there were was a brother here to greet! She wondered whether he meant the fact that she probably looked like hell.. or.. well she did, and Haku said silly things sometimes. Maybe it was a male thing, or maybe it was just a Haku thing. Cocking her head she thought about it for a split second and decided that it was probably a Haku thing.

Haha, why thank you, little brother! Such a compliment. She winked at him, pretty much anything he said would go down well with her now. Such a good surprise, and it warmed her heart. She had needed something like this. And Colibri would probably be delighted too, and Melisande. Even though they were distant to each other, Haku might very well serve well linking them all together. She kept wagging her tail as she spoke again, giving him another nudge with her nose. Legs shook where she stood but she ignored it. You've, as it seems, possibly caught me at my ugliest. But enough about that! How are you and all of that polite crap? She would delight in hearing what he had been up to, and thus sat down on her haunches, ready for story time.
