Bastion had done some previous hunting in this area before but that wasn't what he was interested in at this point. No, it had been the buildings to steal away his attention for the time being. He was curious as to what more treasures that they held. He wondered if there were more things contained inside of the buildings that he could possibly use. After all he was quite a curious little thing. He had proven as much on his time before in this area. He hunted the small mammals of the area. It wasn't for food though. No, he had cut them open in order to learn of their insides. He had used the items that he had found contained within the dilapidated buildings of the hidden village in order to complete such tasks.
It was a noise that furthered his curiosity. He poked his head out of the house in order to see what it was. He giggled as he noticed one of his earlier specimens rummaging around. "Come here." He called to the raccoon as if he expected it to listen to him and come over to him. Of course it didn't, instead it made to retreat back into the treeline instead. Most certainly this prompted Bastion in order to give chase and follow after it. "Where going?" He continued to talk to the creature as if it could understand him. Perhaps it could to some degree since the species was intelligent. Or at least it seemed to know to keep away from Bastion at least.
The boy ended up frowning as he lost sight of the stitched up creature in the trees. Though his attention quickly became distracted by another canine that was leaning against the base of a tree. "Where it go?" He called out towards the female as he approached. But then that question was quickly forgotten about in the place of another. "Why you no work?" The boy lifted an arm and pointed back in the way of the ruins. "You go work. Lots to do."
