Nahele Helaku

It was time. The previous day had been perhaps a bit of a disaster, but there was nothing they could do about it. The meeting had gone as good as they had planned for- almost none of the 'original' AniWayans wanted anything to do with this search and rescue mission. Nahele had been dispatched after the meeting for a special mission of his own, which he had executed with perfect precision. The little princess was tied and locked in a run down cottage, gagged so she couldnt speak out. It had been so easy to lure her there that Nahele wondered if she even had a brain. The excitement of fulfilling his masters wishes, and fulfilling them well was still coursing through his veins, despite the fact that the deed had been completed the night before. He'd slept fitfully, Hania trying to snooze on his chest and only constricting his breathing. He'd woken early, patrolling the borders on the lookout for trouble. In all fairness, trouble was less likely to come from outside as it was in. He could feel the negative tension in the air and his fingers itched to loose a few arrows into those that would scorn Maska so openly. Like little Ayasha... she desrved to be silenced like a good tribe female.

The canoe slipped easily through the water behind Wematin and Shadi's own. He could see another figure in there, but he had no idea who it was. They'd rounded up a few loners over the past couple of days and crafted them into Guardians. Nahele had found himself in the front of the second canoe, one of the newest Guardian's behind him. He hadn't spoken to the wolf yet, but a few muttered words revealed his name was Jaegar. That was enough for Nahele to know- he cared little about what their names were. As long as they could fight, and as long as they were willing to do as they were told, that was all that mattered. Dull gold eyes flashed softly in the night air as he heard the soft 'shuck' of Wematin's canoe slid onto the river banks. With a soft signal, he motioned for Jaegar and whoever else was behind him to do the same. Their canoe pulled up beside Wematin's as the dark haired man got out.

While the male chose to work in his secui form, Nahele knew that he would not be able to stay in his element if he was on all fours. His black-cloaked body thrummed with excitement as he strode out of the canoe, tieing it swiftly to a nearby tree to keep it from floating away. His chest expanded, feeling the familiar constraints of the bowstring in its rightful place across his body. Soon he would slip if off and perhaps use it. He was well aware that they were not here to cause open fighting, but he also knew that there was a chance these idiots would attempt to protect the fugatives they harbored. Bounding forward to Wematin's side, across from Shadi who looked truely terrifying with her knife, taking up his mantel and moving forward into the Dreamers territory.

They're raid, however, wasn't going to be a sneaky one. Perhaps it was just bad luck, or the spirits had guided the boy towards them. But the group hadnt moved too far from the banks of the river when the rustle of the trees around them alerted them to the presence of a boy. Cloaked in dark fur, the only visible attribute to the male was the sharp golden eyes. Nahele felt the bloodlust rise in him and he glanced towards Hania, who for once was not perched atop his head. The margay stalked forward, visible for the first time since arriving in AniWaya. Before either of them could react, the pup had turned tail and head for home. Not too long later, the call began to echo through the lands- he'd sounded the alarm.
