Big grumpy Noss is covered in puppies! >:3
It had been a few days since Strelein had returned home...with the most unusual of souvenirs. Not only had a horse returned with Strelein, but his niece and nephews...minus one--the older one. Needless to say he had been confused, but when Strelein had explained the situation--or at least what he had to know--the grey man understood. Still, it didn't lessen the fact that he and Strelein were now certified uncles taking care of three young children who they had perhaps met twice. One of the twins--Ahiga, it was--Noss found spirited and hyperactive. While these were often seen as good traits, Noss didn't know if he could handle the jumping all over the place. One of those places being him... The other two were far more mellow, although Alaster tended to follow his twin's lead. Aleu, thankfully, didn't get as dirty as her snowy brothers, and was saved from the baths that the other two had to frequently undergo.
The three of them and Noss were out that day because Noss had woken up with Ahiga bouncing up and down on his chest, begging for him to wake up. The grey warrior had caught the overexcited pup by the scruff and sat up with him while palming his face with the other hand, the loss of a few extra minutes of sleep lost. Over the edge of the bed, the other two were looking at him and Strel with those big puppy eyes, and very easily Noss gave in. These pups were not only his family, but he wouldn't know what to do if they cried or got hurt or anything like that. Well, if they get hurt, Ralla'll kill me first. So there he found himself out a little ways from the Chien, laying on a hill with the puppies running about and over him as if he were a part of the landscape. Thankfully they seemed to entertain themselves, because the only games that Noss knew how to play were fighting games, and it was four years too late for him to be the size where he could properly play that game with pups.
