There were times that she felt like she could be happily lost for days within the territory that belonged to Ichika no-Hoen. But since the weeks had crept in, adding time to her stay within this newly formed pack, she was becoming increasingly familiar with her surroundings. It was part of her job as the chen-tao of this pack, but also something that she craved. Although she was glad to call Ichika home, she definitely would not be satisfied being confined to a single place. The world was such a big place, and she wanted to carve out her own piece of it eventually. In order to do that, she had to see what was out there.

A few days before, when she had met a new initiate, she had found the Naidaes lighthouse, and it had struck her as a place that Pripyat would wish to see. She hadn't seen him since early in the morning, but that had never bothered the cream colored chen-tao. They had their own lives, but the two friends would always share their experiences the following evening or morning. At this point, it was a few hours before dusk. If Pripyat was nearby, perhaps they could explore here and even stay the night. Golden eyes estimated the distance from here to the opposite shoreline. They could swim there within an hour, and probably even less than that.

Tipping her head back, her song was emitted and carried on the wind as she called for her friend and constant companion. She hoped that the gendo would be near and not busy, so that they could spend time learning this new structure. To her knowledge, Pripyat had yet to be here. The thrill of a new discovery to be had with him burned in her heart as she waited for his call.
