Wanderlust. Nayru experienced the urge early in life, but as a child a trip from one pack to another had seemed a great under taking. In her adult life she made the journey from Ichika to Aniwaya with little trouble. Yet it had been dangerous when she was a pup, and yet no one had stopped her. No one had tried. Conor and Bris had never restrained her, and perhaps it was better they hadn't. Now her four feet, or two at times, were planted firmly in the soil of her pack land. First Dahlia de Mai, and then Ichika no Ho-en. There was no desire for wandering. Yet Nayru could understand why others might long for something other than what they had always known.

Ichika was what Nayru knew now, but it was still fresh. Not even three months old. It would be a long time before Nayru grew weary of it’s vast expanse of lands. Perhaps that time would never come. "Yes, Ichika claims land. A lot of land. We do not move." They had moved, had made the trek from Dahlia and Phoenix Valley, but they hadn't been Ichikans then. Ichikans did not abandon their home.

More questions fell from the lady's lips, and Nayru knew that these questions were ones to answer carefully. To fully divulge the defense of their clan to anyone on the outside was unwise, and at the same time Nayru was not a liar. "We have guardians, yes. They all have their own individual strengths." Nayru had yet to see Rendall in action, or Jaden, but the latter was well seasoned in battle and it showed in his demeanor and appearance. Gideon, who headed them all, was softer than Nayru herself, but it couldn't be helped. Nayru would have taken up his position, had she not other obligations to look after. "You are a warrior X'yrin?" She had indicated as much before, but it was good to clarify. Good to know that one warrior was in the presence of another.
